Chef de Rang – Room ServiceAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Rang role at the Room Service of the iconic Hotel Cipriani for the 2026 season.This is a seasonal tempo pieno position (5 working days a week) from April to September 2026.The Chef de Rang, who reports to our In‐Room Dining Manager, will: Fulfil the RS operations, according to the hotel policies, standards and procedures;Monitor all aspects of the guests' experience, from the amenities layout before their arrival to the experience they receive during the service;Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate guests' needs;Be fluent in English and Italian, French would be a plus;Previous professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment;Passion for service together with attention and care;Seasonal labour contract with the right to be rehired the following seasons;Accommodation in our Staff House with laundry, staff canteen and gym;From hotels and trains to river cruises and safari lodges, Belmond's Slow Luxury invites guests to discover a new pace of travel as they savour time, engage with local culture, and connect with nature and people around them through incomparable experiences and unforgettable stories.
