This role focuses on driving revenue through event partners, sponsors, licensees, and internal channels, ensuring a coordinated and effective go-to-market approach across wholesale, DTC, and on-site merchandising.The role requires strong commercial acumen, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to manage complex sales initiatives tied to major global cycling events.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the sales strategy for product lines associated with the Grand Events DivisionPrepare and coordinate sales tools, presentations, and commercial materials to support all Grand Events sales initiativesManage direct sales relationships with key partners, including online sales and on-field merchandisingDrive sales of replica merchandise and leader jerseys to event sponsorsIdentify and pursue corporate custom apparel opportunities with event sponsorsCoordinate commercial tools and initiatives supporting Castelli's DTC channelSupport and enable the Castelli sales team with tools and assets to drive B2B sales related to Grand EventsCoordinate sales initiatives with host cities and manage B2B commercial opportunities linked to individual stages of major eventsWork cross-functionally with xpavfwm marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial plansRequirementsFluent or a very good level in French (written and spoken) is a MUST for this roleMinimum of 5 years of commercial or sales experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelinesWillingness to travel internationally up to 25% of the timeExperience in sports apparel or sporting goods sales#J-18808-Ljbffr
