An oasis of relaxation and refinement in the heart of Tuscany. /ppThe Night Supervisor oversees the property during the night shift, ensuring guest reception and assistance, hotel security, and the accuracy of end-of-day accounting operations. They report to the Front Desk Manager, ensuring a smooth handover with other departments. Managing in-house guest requests. /liliSupervising the property, managing and monitoring common areas. /liliAccurate handover and reporting of house status or client-specific information. /liliDaily financial closure, verification of transactions, and preparation of end-of-day and next-day reports in accordance with company operational procedures. /liliCash handling as per operational procedures. /liliMonitoring surveillance systems to ensure the safety of guests and staff. /liliEnsuring a smooth handover to the morning team by providing all necessary information on activities, guest requests, open issues, or critical situations, to maintain service continuity and quality. /liliEnsuring compliance with Borgo Pignano’s service standards. /liliEnsuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations. /li /ulh3REQUIREMENTS /h3ulliEnglish: C1,Italian: C2.
