S/he can secure target results in the primarily assigned B2B segments (BT, MICE and/or Leisure) giving a significant contribution to achieve Company’s sales objectives. /p h3Main Activities /h3 ul liIdentifies new or existing markets/accounts that meet properties sales strategy; /li liDevelops a sales action plan to generate business from identified markets/accounts; /li liDetermines the account's needs and marketing activities of each assigned market/account; /li liMonitors performance of the account portfolio and takes actions accordingly; /li liMaintains and develops the RFP’s together with Marriott Global Sales Offices; /li liExecutes regular analysis of the current market situation and competitors; /li liAttends the commercial meetings and translates the revenue analyses of the Hotels in his/her market into sales activities; /li liPlans and executes office visits and site inspections to increase visibility brand awareness and to generate new leads/business for the assigned segments; /li liUses internal Reports and external Sales Tools to generate new leads/business for specific segments; /li liOrganizes and actively participates in travel agents familiarization trips, sales trips and road shows; /li liSpends the majority of time in face‑to‑face customer interaction outside of the hotel. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Business or Hospitality; /li liMinimum of 3 years sales experience in the hotel industry or similar industries, preferably with international brands; /li liIn possession of a driver’s license; /li liFluent written and verbal communication in Italian and English and preferably a second language; /li liExcellent speaking, listening and presentation skills; /li liAbility to work effectively both independently and as a team; /li liDiplomacy and ability to effectively deal with management, clients and team; /li liAbility to work under pressure and with tight deadlines; /li liHas the right hunting profile to seek new business opportunities; /li liTeam player: will be a role model for teamwork and encourage a positive team play; /li liMotivated and enthusiastic player: supporter of learning and development, inspiring and motivating others to achieve superior performance and to take on new learning opportunities. /li /ul h3How to Apply /h3 pTo apply, send your curriculum vitae with photo and authorization to process personal data D.
