Front Office Agent - Franchise
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Process reservations and manage room assignments
- Ensure accuracy of guest information and payment details
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Fluent in Italian and Enghlis languages
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Adhere to brand standards and policies at all times
- Handle any guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with other front office duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience of two years as a Front Office Agent
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of reservation systems and hotel operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
