About the role
Experienced professional in Distribution Channel Management e and the direct channel. Participates in various distribution channel (direct and indirect) management activities and customer / agencies relationship management.
Responsible for representing the company's interests and building business relationships to enhance in direct and indirect distribution channels management performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively identifies prospective for distribution and channel management teams and develops a professional relationship to understand the customer needs and suggest products and/or services that meet the customer needs.
2. Conducts business development activities for distribution and channel management teams within defined customer segment to support the business strategy.
3. Identifies bid opportunities, participates in the preparation of bid responses and the negotiation with potential customers.
4. Develops new customer contact leads for the sales business development team.
5. Proactively supports and develops prospective projects with assigned customers and presents to sales business development team.
6. Develop personal customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.
7. Attends trade shows, presents new products to increase the visibility of the organization. Prepares workshops for assigned customers
Requirements
We are looking for people who are as a minimum you must have:
8. A level of education and knowledge of general culture attested by at least the achievement of a high school diploma is required
9. Requires advanced knowledge obtained proven work experience gained in the relevant sector (HVAC) or similar
10. Practical to substantial knowledge organization, programs or systems of structured companies with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work
11. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with colleagues and within the organization as a team player
12. Ability to use the main IT tools
13. Availability for weekly travel.
14. A valid driving license (type B).
15. A minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience in the relevant sector (HVAC) or similar
