About the Role We are seeking Sales Managers for Paper Packaging (B2B) in France, Italy, Germany, and England. Responsibilities Strengthen and improve the company's market position by acquiring, maintaining, and developing new customers to grow and meet sales targets. Build strong and effective business relationships with the customer base. Manage sales and support processes to ensure company profitability. Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments of our EU branch in Germany. Report sales activities weekly and monthly to the Vice President. Required Skills Extensive B2B sales and marketing experience, preferably in the packaging industry (customers include cosmetics, fragrance, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics). Strong verbal and written communication skills in the local language and in English. Proficiency in MS Office software. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and consultation skills. Ability to meet and exceed goals and targets. Outstanding customer service and negotiation skills. Experience in the packaging industry.
