Ph3General Role /h3 pThe Stock Operations Manager ensures an optimal management of the store stocks to enable sales teams to offer the best service to customers, supervising the stock operations and being a strong support and partner to the other teams. He/She is responsible for all physical and the corporate software product flows and ensures that the store stock is constantly accurate and well-organized, in strict respect of the Group procedures. /p pThe Stock Operations Manager reports to the In-store Operations Director and is responsible for the Stock Operations Team (Stock Operations Supervisors, the Stock Controllers and the Stock Supports). /p pThe Stock Operations Manager successfully manages all the operations activities, leading and supporting the development of their team with highest integrity, actively embodying Hermès culture and values. /p h3Main Responsibilities — Team and transversal management /h3 ul liManage the Stock Supervisors and organize the day-to-day work; /li liSet objectives, do the appraisal for the year and provide regular feedbacks; /li liTrain, coach and develop the team; /li liLiaise with the Store Director, the Sales Department Managers, the Customer Experience Manager, the Security Manager, the Administration Manager and the Facility Manager. /li liLiaise with corporate management (in the people of the Subsidiary Operations Team, the Merchandising Team, and the Internal Control Manager). /li liBe the entry point at store level for all questions and issues related to the stock. /li liAssign corrective actions to store team members in case of stock related issue. /li liContribute actively to team meetings organized by Store Director and during morning briefing to report on operational issues and stock related KPIs. /li /ul h3Main Responsibilities — Day-to-day operations and controls for a perfect stock accuracy /h3 ul liManage, supervise and support the team on processing all incoming and outbound product flows, while ensuring perfect synchronization between physical and system-based flows. /li liMonitor and organize /perform the cancellation and reintegration into available stock of expired reservations. /li liSupervise Follow-up and correct negative stocks. /li liManage detective / shop soiled products. /li /ul h3Main Responsibilities — Stock takes cycle counts /h3 ul liPlan and ensure an appropriate preparation of stock takes and cycle counts. /li liContribute to scanning and investigations. /li liProduce the final report for Finance Department. /li liPropose actions to improve future stock takes results and reduce shrinkage. /li /ul h3Main Responsibilities — Define and implement an optimized organization of storage /h3 ul liDefine, implement and communicate storage best practices and processes in line with the business needs and internal rules. /li liProactively perform adjustments whenever necessary to adapt to changing needs. /li /ul h3Main Responsibilities — Stock related procedures /h3 ul liBe responsible for the appropriate application of storage rules, stock procedures and best practices. /li liBe the store’s key user and trainer on stock-related processes: train new comers on processes tools, communicate on any evolution, support the team on any issue. /li liRaise alerts if needed and propose action plan / corrective actions to optimize flows, simplify day-to-day operations and facilitate the work of store team. /li /ul h3Main Responsibilities — Replenishment flows /h3 ul liLiaise with the Store Director to pull the right products. /li liManage the flows from the Remote Stock. /li liManage the flows of the Furniture Stock. /li liManage replenishment processes, in coordination with the Store Director, through analyzing stock levels, future/pending deliveries and sales. /li liHelp store management to monitor overall stock and prepare purchase. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liBachelor and Master Degree, preferably with a analytical focus. /li liFluency in Italian and English.
