IN STORE CLIENT DEVELOPER AND DEPUTY STORE MANAGER – VENICE
Key Qualities

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team to transform each client experience into magical moments by creating a hand‐crafted experience that drives individual and team objectives

Achieve commercial targets through an efficient and effective organization of the team and a successful management of the product

Contribute to improve commercial performance through the technical knowledge of the product, the numerical analysis of sales and stocks, the rotation of the product and the supervision of replenishment and visual equipment

Coach and provide feedback to the team as necessary to ensure all clients are given the highest standard of experience

Drive the omni‐channel experience in store and use digital resources to communicate whenever face‐to‐face is not possible

Empower, develop, motivate and work alongside the team to drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience

Build a client book by establishing relationships to drive additional traffic and create client engagement

Support the Store Manager in driving the store strategy to achieve the best sales performance, by understanding client desires and creating a hand‐crafted 360° experience for the client

Actively contribute to the development and implementation of business action plans to enhance sales for each product category and client tier segment

Demonstrate best‐in‐class sales and self‐leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor to provide excellent and specialized customer service and develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through CRM initiatives

Guarantee the efficiency and effectiveness at floor level in terms of clientelling, display, merchandise, cleanliness, grooming, etc., taking action to solve problems with positive outcomes

Build and maintain relationships with fellow advisors by instilling a sense of belonging and a positive, passionate, forward‐thinking mindset

Supervise the state of the stockroom and its related stockpile, ensuring that they are in line with the sales potential, coordinating the team and keeping the Store Manager informed about adjustments

Optimize stock management and verify that goods handling is suitable for the sales process, collaborating with the reference employee

Ensure the care of all products and materials in the stockroom, collaborating with the store team

Support the Store Manager in managing all activities related to the annual closure, category flash inventories and fiscal annual inventory

Key Requirements

Previous at least 5 years of experience in fashion/luxury retail

In‐depth product knowledge of women's universe, either RTW, shoes and accessories

Experience in training the team, empowering and motivating

Results‐driven and customer‐focused

Strong communication skills (verbal, in person, via email, SMS, etc.)

Strong attention to detail

Available to work over weekends, public holidays and outside normal working hours

Knowledge of Russian will be a plus
