Job Description
For the 2026 season, we are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and highly collaborative Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the management of our restaurants and gastronomic and bar experiences.
You will be an operational point of reference for the team, helping ensure impeccable and personalized service in line with the highest Relais & Châteaux standards. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to motivate the team, satisfy guests, and maximize both service quality and F&B; revenue.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in supervising the restaurants and bar service
- Ensure a gastronomic experience consistent with Relais & Châteaux standards
- Anticipate guests’ needs with care, attention, and sensitivity to detail
- Support the organization and operational management of shifts and daily activities
- Coordinate and motivate the service team with a collaborative spirit
- Contribute to achieving economic and qualitative objectives
- Align service with the estate’s philosophy: sustainability, local territory, and seasonality
- Oversee mise en place and ensure aesthetic and hospitality standards are met
- Maintain excellent communication between front of house, kitchen, and bar
- Support staff training activities
- Promote compliance with HACCP and workplace safety regulations
