looking for a performance marketing person with experience in Adwords.
What You'll Do
Leveraging data & insights from analytics, you’ll manage and improve the e-commerce experience, ensuring measurable results. Manage A/B testing to ensure new features are an improvement. Segment users by touchpoint to shape our user interface Navigation, menus, etc Create and maintain a clear, actionable roadmap based on input from leadership. Oversee UX, SEO, and data teams, keeping efforts focused on high-impact pages. Ensure proper header structure and SEO best practices on all new pages.
Skills
Expert in GA4, Google Search Console, and VWO (or similar tools). Strong understanding of on-page SEO & metadata optimization Proficient in traslating data into actionable decisions. Familiarity with design collaboration tools like Figma.
Experience
3+ years managing e-commerce operations or teams. 2+ years managing A/B testing and CRO initiatives. 2+ years working with SEO and metadata optimization.
