Key Activities & Responsibilities in the general context of ammonia, urea, nitric acid, phosphates, NPK and methanol global industrial players and market Identify new opportunities, markets and customers and share them with the VP Sales fertilizer, in coordination with the reference Area Manager; Supportthe VP Sales fertilizer in updating the CRM system. In particular, for the relevant initiatives, within the assigned business: Ensure to the VP Sales Fertilizer, the development and monitoring of the promotion and of the sales activities, from the identification of potential initiatives, to the contracts award; Supportthe pre-qualification and proposal activities; Maintain appropriate contacts with customers, also attending conferences and exhibitions of the fertilizer industry; Maintain relationships with Partners, including Technology providers, and assist the VP Sales Fertilizer in negotiating and signing the related agreements; Supportand substitute, if necessary, the VP Sales Fertilizer in the set-up and re-examination of tenders, in particular at the bid no bid meeting, kick-off meeting, at the discussion of the Risk Analysis' results and at the formulation of the proposed price; Supportthe VP Sales Fertilizer in negotiating with customers. Personal Attributes: Degree in Chemical Engineering; at least 5 years' experience in a technical role (ideally Process) in an EPC contractor or Chemical Processing Industry or Technology Licensor at least 3 years' experience in a commercial/contractual role in EPC companies Fluent in English, other languages are a plus (especially French and Spanish); Strong and decisive leadership, combined with the right energy and resilience to deliver results; Availabilityto travel in Italy and abroad.
