Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager located in Ragusa, offering a balance of on-site and remote work opportunities. The Sales Manager will oversee sales strategies, manage a portfolio of clients, develop and maintain strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and lead a team to meet sales targets. The role also involves preparing sales reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction aligned with company goals.

* Proficiency in sales strategy development, lead generation, and client relationship management
* Experience in team leadership and the ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively
* Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
* Ability to analyze sales data and create actionable reports
* Organizational and time management skills to meet sales objectives consistently
* Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience in sales management is a plus
* Flexibility to work both on-site in Ragusa and remotely as required
* Understanding of the agricultural or cooperative industry is a valued advantage
