Job Description
As a Sales Specialist CUBIC you will be an important commercial resource for Cubic products and solutions mostly in Italy, Greece and Cyprus, focusing on a specific area of expertise.
You will report to the Sales Manager and work on a hybrid schedule from any of our offices in Italy.
Your Responsibilities
* Achieve Rockwell Automation sales targets for Cubic products and solutions and meet business revenue plans using a discipline sales process within targeted accounts.
* Directly responsible for meeting quota by negotiating and bringing opportunities to closure while working with the broader matrixed Rockwell Automation sales teams.
* Develop an accurate sales forecast and pipeline of Cubic pursuits.
* Contribute to customer proposals and requests for information.
* Use Global Sales and Marketing selling resources for target opportunity identification and access.
* Be the primary liaison between customers, regional sales team members and your department to ensure efficient communications and information flow from sales and pipeline development activities.
* Translate technical terms into everyday language and manage expectations, both internally and externally.
* Provide formal regular status reports to sales management which include forecast, pipeline and activity summary information.
* Monitor and report revenue and pipeline results weekly with CRM tool for assigned Verticals or Geographies to ensure performance goals are met.
* Develop business and financial knowledge of offering and its impact on potential business.
* Build and promote long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with our customer and through the understanding of needs.
* Explore new opportunities into market (mostly Data centers, Water, Energy, and Industry).
The Essentials - You Will Have
* 5 or more years’ experience in sales (Low Voltage solutions, Electrical Panels).
* Full working proficiency in both Italian and English.
* Driver’s license.
* Experience presenting sales proposals and systems solutions and closing complex technical sales.
* Sales experience in the Italian market.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have
* Engineering degree.
