Position Summary /h3pAs the Marketing / Growth Manager at Metrikflow, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing growth initiatives to scale our B2B SaaS platform. You’ll own the customer acquisition funnel and work on strategies across branding, lead generation, content marketing, performance marketing, and other digital channels. Fluency in English and Italian is essential for engaging with diverse audiences and creating tailored content for the Italian market. /ph3Tasks /h3ulliDevelop and execute marketing strategies for Metrikflow’s B2B SaaS platform. /liliDrive content strategy and branding activities. /liliTest and scale lead generation efforts, improving results and efficiency. /liliManage and optimize marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, traffic, and lead generation. /liliDesign performance marketing campaigns to attract qualified leads. /liliTest and refine high-converting landing pages. /liliAnalyze and optimize the entire lead generation and marketing funnel, identifying areas for improvement. /liliCollaborate with product and sales teams to align growth strategies with business objectives. /liliResearch and implement innovative marketing tactics to stay ahead in the SaaS space. /liliProvide regular performance reports and actionable insights. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliProven experience as a Marketing Manager, Growth Manager, Digital Marketer, Sales Manager, or similar role in B2B SaaS. /liliExpertise in communication, branding, Google Ads, and content marketing. /liliLead generation expertise is a plus. /liliStrong analytical skills with familiarity in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SemRush, etc. /liliDeep understanding of growth marketing principles and strategies. /liliHands-on experience managing marketing funnels. /liliAbility to work autonomously and prioritize effectively. /liliExcellent communication and collaboration skills. /liliFluent in Italian (spoken and written). /liliProficient in English. /li /ulpWe offer an ESOP package and the flexibility to work from anywhere.
