You will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term portfolio of multisites customers, understanding their needs and requirements, managing a sales team. /ppYou will have to do the following tasks: /pulliCollaborate actively with the Head of Downstream; /liliManaging a sales team of Key Account Manager; /liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers for electricity and gas supply; /liliDevelop business with a strong achievement S-P results; /liliProvide/manage a budget for the multisites segment; /liliContribute for the negotiation of contracts; /liliPropose actively in structuring and building new products and services; /liliMonitor customer satisfaction and loyalty and resolve any issues or complaints; /liliIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing customers; /liliProvide feedback and insights internally to improve our offerings and competitive edge; /liliParticipate to the team’s spirit and collaborate transversally with other sales manager. /li /ulpstrongAbout YOU /strong /pulliExperience as Sales Manager Multisites in the electricity and gas sector /liliAt least ten years of experience as Sales Manager in the electricity and gas market, products, and regulations; /liliExcellent high-stress management, especially he/she must show outstanding ability to manage stress in scenarios where quick reactions are needed; /liliFluent English and Italian; /liliWillingness to be part of a team, possessing a strong team spirit, and motivate a sales team /liliAbility to build rapport and trust with customers and stakeholders; /liliExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; /liliAnalytical and problem-solving skills; /liliSelf-motivated and results-oriented; /liliBachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field /liliThe candidate must be willing to travel in Italy and abroad; /liliA third language would be a plus. /li /ulpstronguType of contract: /u /strong /ppPermanent contract according to Italian labour law /ppstrongAbout ENGIEbr/strongWorking at ENGIE, a multinational group, means having a wide variety of career opportunities in more than 30 countries.
