Our Engineering Transformation team work to improve the quality of our Engineering processes. /ppbPartner with the Best: /b /ppAs a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for project delivery of Upgrades Plant Solutions for Gas and Energy transition applications and projects PL accountability. /pulliManaging and coordinating Upgrades/retrofit jobs on Rotating equipment machinery for Oil Gas and Energy transition-related projects to meet Contract obligations. /liliManaging financial performances, including planning and reporting, of the assigned projects, in terms of costs, revenues, contribution margin and cash collection. /liliCoordinating the scope of work of the contracts, ensuring excellence in the execution, quality and timely delivery to meet Customer satisfaction. /liliManaging cross-functional teams and driving both internal and external execution to meet contractual obligations and business targets. /liliOrganizing and leading project review meetings and project deliverables, discussing/reviewing outcomes also with all internal stakeholders including the Project Management Leader. /liliIdentifying and carefully evaluating risks and opportunities during the project lifecycle and working with multiple functions to mitigate them /liliKeeping Customers updated about design changes and relevant commercial implications.
