* Clear verbal communication with empathy and conciseness
* Persuasive sales skills and influence ability
* Experience with Salesforce (preferred)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
* Fluent in English and Italian

Your responsibilities:
* Implement the commercial policy for the professional lighting channel
* Expand coverage in the assigned region, supporting agency work
* Collaborate with the Country Manager and Head of Sales to develop business cases
* Find and develop new customers (installers, contracts, end users)
* Develop projects and report in Salesforce
* Provide training to agencies and customers on the BLE system
* Gather market information and communicate with marketing
* Meet targets and budgets
* Manage internal relationships across channels and departments
