We provide state-of-the-art solutions for High Voltage Underground and Submarine cable links in some of the world’s most challenging environments. /p h3Your role /h3 ul liEnsure the management of a cohesive Product Portfolio in line with the Company growth objectives. /li liDefine drive the Product offerings, their development commercialization. /li liIdentify and develop technical and commercial opportunities during the pre-ITT stages. /li liCountry of Operation (subject to change as per business needs): ITALY. /li liCountry of Responsibility: Worldwide. /li liCustomer profile: TSO, Developers, OG Operators, and Utilities. /li /ul h3Team Overview and Job responsibilities /h3 pYou will be in charge of: /p ul liIncreasing presence in front of clients to deepen understanding of requirements, present the product, and influence their specifications. /li liGathering market data, performing competitive analysis, and benchmarking competition. /li liMaintaining professional and technical knowledge, assisting in industry standards activities, and participating in industry-related events. /li liGuiding internal stakeholders on expectations and supporting in identifying RD projects aligned with company strategy. /li liProviding guidance product information to sales managers and conveying relevant market data competitive analysis to the team. /li liLiaising with relevant functions to translate customer requirements into viable and value-added proposals. /li liSupporting sales with bid strategy definition and bid team with technical solution definition. /li liReviewing product costs and advising on market pricing levels. /li liAttending tender review meetings, TPA meetings, and internal kick-off meetings as requested. /li liConsolidating all product-related issues across streams, driving internal development, and coordination across functions. /li liOverseeing the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. /li liEvaluating performance and identifying gaps in the product. /li liCreating and maintaining a product roadmap. /li liSpecifying requirements for current and future products. /li /ul h3Travel Requirements /h3 pWorldwide frequent travels may be required. /p h3Who are you? /h3 ul liYou hold a degree in technical engineering. /li liDeep technical knowledge of submarine HVDC cable systems. /li liProven experience in engineering/technical roles in the cable industry. /li liFluent in English, written and spoken. /li liKnowledge of the submarine and HV cable business/market. /li liTechnical and commercial presentation skills. /li liFlexibility and capability to manage changes during work. /li liGood relationship approach. /li liTeam working capability. /li liProblem-solving and target-oriented. /li liPragmatism and the ability to set and handle priorities pragmatically. /li liCapacity to understand and conceptualize complexity into concise frameworks. /li liWillingness to learn quickly and get involved. /li liIT skills: MS Office, project planning tools, PPT expertise. /li /ul h3Our commitment /h3 pPrysmian, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
