Experteer Overview
In this role you will manage and grow a portfolio of key merchants for TFS, DCC and Media products, while actively pursuing new business. You collaborate with line management to set strategy, negotiate contracts, and strengthen partnerships across accounts. You maintain regular contact with prospects to communicate our value proposition and enable future collaborations. You lead cross-functional initiatives, drive sales targets, and shape mid-term plans to maximize merchant value.

* Achieve net turnover and other sales targets, taking corrective action as needed
* Drive new business targets and develop acquisition opportunities
* Manage brick wall accounts against competitors
* Build and maintain relationships with stores and HQ to maximize merchant value
* Cross-sell and manage opportunity pipeline within assigned portfolio
* Define merchant contract conditions within guidelines and ensure contractual obligations are met
* Provide market feedback to relevant functions and monitor receivables to minimize bad debts
* Document activities in CRM and develop annual account plans with line manager
* Own projects and coordinate cross-functional activities related to the portfolio
* Coordinate sell-out activities led by AM Sell-out within accounts
* Develop a mid-term strategic plan with merchants aligned to the account plan
* Suggest improvements or innovative solutions based on strategic intelligence
Responsabilità
* Strong account management experience, ideally in retail, financial services or added value services
* Genuine sales talent with solid results orientation
* Strong service orientation and determination to achieve targets
* Written and spoken English
* University graduate preferred
