Amazon Fresh is transforming how people shop for groceries, offering same-day delivery of fresh produce, everyday essentials, and local favorites. We are expanding our service and seeking a dynamic marketing professional to grow our customer base and enhance the Amazon Fresh experience in Italy. What You’ll Do Spearhead Amazon Fresh\'s marketing strategy in Italy while collaborating across European markets Develop and optimize promotional campaigns based on customer insights and data analytics Lead merchandising strategy and execution Create detailed performance analyses using QuickSight and SQL Evaluate promotion ROI and customer behavior patterns Streamline reporting processes through automation Present strategic insights and recommendations to leadership Scope and lead new projects and opportunities to keep the business growing What We’re Looking For Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities Experience in data-driven marketing and campaigns Advanced SQL skills and proficiency with business intelligence tools Excellence in both Italian written and verbal communication Ability to work independently and drive results Track record of translating customer insights into successful marketing initiatives This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, offering the opportunity to directly impact the growth of Amazon Fresh in the Italian market.
