Product Manager (reports to: Product Manager)
Your Role And Responsibilities
This role is contributing to the Motion Motors division in Italy. Main stakeholders are Local Sales Team, Manufacturing Plant in Finland, Distributors, and Customers.
- Preparing and modifying mechanical drawings using AutoCAD to support sales activities.
- Acting as a technical interface between the factory and local sales for customization and modifications of motors.
- Preparing technical documentation for distributors and customers.
- Providing technical support and guidance to the sales network regarding motor specifications.
- Visiting customers to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Supporting all industrial segments including Water & Wastewater, Food & Beverage, Metals, and more.
Qualifications For The Role
- Skilled in CAD and mechanical design principles.
- Ability to demonstrate experience in mechanical drawings and technical support for industrial products.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in industrial or electromechanical sector).
- Enhanced knowledge of low-voltage electric motors and customization processes.
- Passionate about teamwork, problem-solving, and customer orientation.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Technician diploma.
- Easy communication in English (written and spoken).
