Ph3Overview /h3pJob Title: Modality Sales Specialist Mobile Surgery – Center-South Italy /ppJob Description: At Philips, we believe there’s always a way to make life better. As a Modality Sales Specialist Mobile Surgery – Center-South Italy, you will develop and support Sales, contribute to achieving business goals by implementing strategic choices to bring effective Value Proposition to customers and to optimize Sales performance. /ph3Your Role /h3ulliPerform/support customer presentations, clinical and technical demonstrations, and competitive positioning activities /liliPlan, organize, and execute product demonstration activities, mostly as hands-on demonstrations in surgical environment /liliSupport the quoting/tendering process by producing and delivering required documentation, quotations, configurations and strategic inputs /liliDeliver clinical education and consultancy services in post-sales phase, for both new installations and existing customers /liliSupport definition and execution of business strategies /liliMaintain accurate and timely CRM data to support sales strategies, forecasting, and customer relationship management /liliCollaborate with Marketing to provide input on sales tools, marketing activities, and competitive threats /li /ulh3Your Fit /h3ulliDegree in Biomedical engineering or clinical /science-related field /liliMinimum 3 years of experience in the related field with the specific knowledge of the market and stakeholders in the medical device sector. /liliDemonstrate strong presentation, communication, and follow-up skills to ensure customer success. /liliExcellent customer orientation and stakeholder management skills /liliGreat team player, proactiveness, customer focus and patient safety engagement. /liliStrong influencing and negotiation skills. /liliAbility to work under pressure in a challenging environment /liliItalian native language skills are mandatory and good English level /liliWillingness to travel across the country /li /ulh3How to apply /h3pAs this role involves international collaboration, please send your application in English (CV and cover letter). /ppOffer includes: Competitive salary, sales performance bonus and company car. /ph3How We Work Together /h3pWe believe that we are better together than apart. /ppField roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. /ppThis role is a field role. /ph3About Philips /h3pWe are a health technology company.
