PLANT HR MANAGER Categoria: Industrial - ManufacturingLuogo di lavoro: Napoli e provinciaFor an international company operating in the manufacturing sector, we are currently looking for an HR Plant Manager who will oversee the HR function at the production site, working closely with senior leadership and Headquarters.The role will focus on managing the overall employee population and promoting a strong HR culture across the organization. The Plant HR Manager is the key HR reference for the production site. The role ensures the effective management of all people-related processes in an industrial environment, supporting the business and contributing to the cultural and organizational evolution of the company, in alignment with Multinational Group policies and values. Ensure full compliance with Italian labor laws and internal HR policies.Manage all local HR administrative processes, including contracts, payroll coordination, benefits, and employee records.Collaborate with Operations Director to support organizational change and continuous improvement initiativesSupport the CEO providing strategic HR support and guidance.Full ownership of all HR activities at plant level: recruitment, training, performance management, industrial relations, and HR administrationAct as a trusted partner for site management and line managersManage employee relations and support resolution of workplace issuesManage union relationships and interactions with works councils - employee representativesPromote a people-centered and performance-driven cultureDrive change management initiatives at site levelRequisiti: Profile & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 7-8 years of HR experience in industrial - manufacturing environments Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR compliance.
