Role and Responsibilities
The Business Developer will contribute to our commercial development through activities such as:
1. Establishing connections with internal teams to generate new RFQs;
2. Managing orders to ensure high customer satisfaction and effective communication;
3. Monitoring the market and competition to analyze trends and identify opportunities;
4. Acquiring new customers through lead generation and engagement strategies.
Skills
* Degree (Engineering preferred);
* 3-5 years of experience (Energy sector preferred);
* Teamwork and problem-solving skills;
* Economic and financial awareness;
* Precision and goal orientation;
* Project management and organizational skills;
* Fluent in English (mandatory);
* Willingness to travel frequently within Europe.
