In this role, you will act as the bridge between our customers (installers, distributors, system designers) and our sales team, providing technical expertise that supports both. Your main mission is to ensure that stakeholders designing, installing, and maintaining PV systems fully understand the value of the Haier Energy product line, and to provide the technical foundation that drives sales success. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide technical support to customers and the sales team throughout the sales cycle /li liPrepare and deliver clear, high‑quality technical presentations and product demonstrations /li liMeet with installers, system designers, and distributors, independently or alongside sales colleagues /li liIdentify customer requirements and propose Haier solutions that meet their needs /li liTrack and document customer requests, ensuring timely follow‑up and resolution /li liSupport system design based on customer specifications /li liEnsure compliance with local product certifications and regulations, collaborating with sales, support, and Product Management teams /li liMaintain and update a competitors’ solutions database to highlight Haier’s unique selling points (USPs) /li liAssist with trade shows, events, and training sessions across Italy /li /ul h3What You Need To Succeed /h3 h3Must Have /h3 ul liEducation: High School Diploma – Degree or master’s in Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics or similar technical field is a plus /li liProfessional experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the solar industry /li liTechnical Skills: Knowledge of renewables or inverters is an advantage /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liStrong technical communication skills, able to explain complex topics clearly to different stakeholders /li liProactive, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently while being a strong team player /li liExcellent interpersonal and problem‑solving skills, with a hands‑on, solution‑oriented mindset /li /ul pLanguage: Fluency in Italian (essential) and good command of English; additional languages are a plus /p pOther: Willingness to travel regularly within Italy /p pHaier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
