Your role at KIKO MILANO
We are looking for a Business Analyst - Controlling to join KIKO MILANO’s Finance Team, reporting to the Corporate Controlling Coordinator.
Such talent sits at the crossroads of finance, strategy, data, operations, and franchising partners, helping shape where and how KIKO grows worldwide.
Such talent will be a key finance partner, providing guidance, insights, and analysis to support the organization with decision-making and to achieve strategic and budget targets. You will work with large datasets, build financial models, and automate processes.
In particular, you will:
Build financial and commercial models to support global decisions on:
Store Performance with its connected commercial KPIs
Portfolio optimization and consolidation
Franchise negotiations and long-term growth scenarios
Maintain and evolve global growth and portfolio management budget and plans for franchised markets for all touch points: Marketplace, D2C, Stores. etc
Enable and monitor automated data flows (SFTP → data lake), ensuring franchise data quality and consistency
Use SQL and Python (plus) to automate manual processes and create scalable analytical tools
Analyze customer behavior across channels and integrate insights into sales strategies
Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiency across the global franchising portfolio
Provide analytical support and recommendations for strategic and operational decisions
Collaborate closely with retail operations, real estate, finance, supply chain teams, country organizations, franchising partners
Develop and maintain a toolbox of analytical frameworks and dashboards to support the franchising team’s strategic work
What you will need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
3+ years of experience in an analytical, strategy, or data-focused role
Strong SQL skills; Python experience for automation/reporting is mandatory
Top class spreadsheet modelling skills (advanced Excel and Power BI)
Ability to structure complex problems and turn data into clear, actionable insights
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, international environment
Fluency in English
