Job Title: Commercial & Professional Marketing Specialist – Sleep & Respiratory Care (Triveneto)
Responsibilities
- Promote Sleep and Respiratory Care (SRC) products and solutions within the Triveneto region, driving sales, margins, market share, and customer relationships.
- Manage customers and clinical stakeholders, ensuring they receive proper training and ongoing support.
- Develop and execute commercial, marketing, and educational activities for prescribers and Home Care providers, in collaboration with Business Partners, to achieve sales and marketing targets.
- Conduct regular visits to prescribers (pneumologists, neurologists, nurses, physiotherapists, etc.) to gather feedback on Philips solutions, monitor local tenders, and assess Home Care provider penetration and competitor activity.
- Support clinical communities and hospitals to expand adoption of sleep and ventilation therapy.
- Train all customers on optimal product use as indicated by the IFU.
- Build strong relationships with field commercial teams of business partners to increase adoption of Philips SRC solutions.
- Maintain and update customer segmentation profiles in CRM.
- Analyze local market trends, market share, and prescription dynamics to define commercial and marketing strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree, or equivalent technical background.
- Preferred experience as a sales/technical specialist in the medical sector; experience in the home care market is a plus.
- Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel).
- Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, proactive, and able to manage own workload.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
- English proficiency (written and spoken) above Italian, the local language.
