Product Manager (PM) for Industrial and Commercial Applications Clivet is looking for an internationally-oriented Product Manager (PM) to manage the full product lifecycle for industrial and commercial applications.
The resource will have full responsibility for the product strategy, including defining the roadmap, setting business objectives, and cross-functional coordination for the launch of new products on the market.
They will also be actively involved in training and continuous improvement activities.
Responsibilities
Monitoring and analyzing the reference markets, identifying trends, customer needs, and opportunities for the Company.
Monitoring and analyzing the regulatory framework (laws, regulations, standards), also by participating in institutional working groups.
Monitoring and analyzing competing products and systems, based on analogous and non-analogous technologies, managing the technological positioning, identifying the value recognized by the market, and seeking differentiation opportunities.
Initiating and participating in product development processes, by drafting guiding specifications that indicate functional requirements, applicable technologies, economic and financial objectives, and implementation timelines.
Managing pricing and strategic positioning.
Coordinating and creating the necessary tools for the launch of new products and systems.
Disseminating the value proposition online and offline.
Training the distribution network.
Qualifications
Diploma in Thermotechnics or Degree in Engineering (preferably Thermotechnical/Energy/Mechanical).
Prior experience of at least 2/3 years in the role and/or in Product Management functions at companies operating in the air conditioning, heating, cooling, and air treatment sectors, or in related sectors such as ventilation, refrigeration, or energy efficiency.
Good knowledge of the English language.
Fluent use of PC and the Office package.
The position requires availability for travel.
Strong listening skills, understanding of needs, analysis and synthesis, clarity in communication, proactivity, leadership, together with problem-solving and teamwork abilities are the characteristics that complete the desired profile.
Duration: Full-time working hours.
Classification, level, and contract duration will be commensurate with the experience gained in the role.
Work Location: Feltre (BL) or Milan (MI) or Padua (PD) as a support base.
