We are looking for a Junior E-commerce Specialist to support the management and development of our online sales channel, contributing to business growth and performance improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support day-to-day operations of the e-commerce channel;
* Assist in the implementation of online commercial strategies aligned with business objectives;
* Monitor and analyze sales performance (KPIs, conversion rate, traffic) and prepare reports;
* Optimize product content to improve visibility and conversion rates;
* Support promotional activities and pricing strategies;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain);
* Monitor targetsand support corrective actions when needed.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
* Degree in Economics, Marketing, Management, or related fields;
* Strong interestin e-commerce and digital sales;
* Fluent in English and Chinese;
* Analytical mindset and good knowledge of Excel;
* Attention to detail and organizational skills;
* Team player with good communication skills.
