As an experienced Manager, you will take pride in driving your technology business forward. You will have a selling mindset and be an excellent communicator, being confident to step out your comfort zone to encourage the initial customer interaction, all whilst leading by example. You will also :

* Inspiring the team to make sure every customer has a brilliant experience so wherever our customers are going, you can be sure they will always be happy to come back to our stores.
* Ensure your team has the best technology knowledge in the market, using our internal ‘SmarterU’ platforms to track, coach and guide, your team with product knowledge and selling techniques, to drive your stores sales.
* Have a team of engaged motivated and driven colleagues to enhance every customer experience through the power of selling and tech expertise!
* Recruit and retain your team, making InMotion the employer of choice in your market.
* Build a reputation in your market, to drive customer loyalty through the word of mouth to lead your success.
* Coach, guide and create a culture of learning, support, and recognition - spotting opportunities for development of personal skills, product knowledge and self-awareness to support our colleagues in an environment where everyone feels valued and welcome.
* Creating a sense of pride within the store to ensure both colleagues and customer facilities are of a great standard, and that we are operating safely and legally.
* Lead your team to be sales driven to maximise their commission opportunities - allowing you to maximise your bonus potential.

What experience do I need?

Joining InMotion as a Store Manager, it would be great to have Retail Sales or Technology Sales experience - but what is just as important is that you are in your element when inspiring a team! You lead by example, showing your team what great always looks like. With this approach, you’ll win the respect of staff at every level, getting the best from each individual and encouraging them to develop. Commercially sharp, you know that putting customers first is key to meeting targets and budgets, and you’ll take full responsibility for the stores Profit & Loss account.
