The hotel features also La Lodge at the top of the mountain with restaurant and bar along with Kids Club. /li /ul h3OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE /h3 pWe are currently recruiting for talented and passionate people ready to make the difference and step above the crowd. The intern will be based in Milan with a training period of 6 months. Expected reimbursement of expenses of 500 euro and ticket restaurant, not provided accommodation. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES /h3 pThe Trainee we are looking for should be organized and must have good communication skills and ability to relate and perform within Sales activities, with a particular focus on data analysis and possible future revenue targets. /p h3Main Tasks /h3 ul liActively participate in the development and delivery of sales business plans together with the Director of Sales. /li liAbility to collect, organize, and interpret commercial, operational, and revenue data. Capacity to identify trends, variances, and opportunities through Excel or BI tools. /li liUpdates CRM software with sales calls, account information, tasks, and projects. /li liSupports in preparing power point presentations for internal commercial meetings and the ones with investors. /li liContributes ideas to improve products and services offered. /li liReviews customer base to determine new opportunities for account penetration together with the DOS and DOSM. /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 pListed below are the mandatory preferable requirements recognized as minimum level to be short listed for this role. /p h3Mandatory /h3 ul liØ Fluent in English (written and spoken). /li liØ Highly computer social literate. /li liØ Strong command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas). /li liØ Ability to prepare presentations and reports using PowerPoint and other office tools. /li /ul h3Preferable /h3 ul liØ Degree in Hospitality or Tourism management /li liØ Additional language (French or German would be considered a plus). /li liØ Basic understanding of key hotel performance metrics (e.g., ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy). /li /ul h3PERSONALITY AND SKILLS /h3 ul liRepresentative, proactive and motivated /li liOrganized and using a systematic approach to get things done. /li liEfficient in time management /li liCommunicative, open and clear both verbally and in writing. /li liActive listener to the needs of others before contributing. /li liAdapting quickly and positively to new situations. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
