At Tsubaki Nakashima, we’re accelerating our expansion into high-value markets — delivering precision plastic components for medical, OTC pharma, cosmetics, and technology sectors. We’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Manager with a technical or engineering background to lead our commercial pipeline and unlock new opportunities through strategic outreach and deep industry expertise.


This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting market potential, and delivering measurable business value.


🔧 What You’ll Do

* Build and execute a strategic sales plan to grow our customer base and market share.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities with high ROI potential.
* Generate and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach and networking.
* Collaborate with engineering, operations, and marketing to align customer needs with technical capabilities.
* Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals that showcase our value proposition.
* Track sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics to drive continuous improvement.
* Support production scale-up by aligning commercial efforts with operational capacity.
* Represent Tsubaki Nakashima at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
* Travel required: 40%+, primarily across Europe to meet customers, attend events, and support business development.


🧠 What You Bring

* Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in contract manufacturing or technical environments.
* Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in injection molding, with strong knowledge of materials, tooling, and production processes.
* Technical or engineering background — ideally in plastics, mechanical engineering, or manufacturing.
* Proven ability to drive revenue growth and build high-performing sales pipelines.
* Fluent in Italian and English — essential for customer engagement and internal collaboration.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and growth.
* Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
