EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - TORINO Luogo di lavoro: TorinoPrincipali Attivita' Provide comprehensive support to the Executive, ensuring a smooth workflow and optimizing daily processes; Manage the business agenda, including scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings and events; Organize and book travel arrangements and subsequent expense handling, ensuring efficient and seamless travel experiences; Receive, filter, and relay telephone messages and communications from internal and external sources, prioritizing urgent matters; Gather and organize information for conferences, speeches, and reports as requested by the Manager; Prepare, edit, proofread, and format documents, including press releases, meeting, minutes, and other executive paperwork; Perform data entry and manage both paper and electronic filing systems, ensuring information is well-organized and easily accessible; Handle confidential business information with the utmost discretion, maintaining strict privacy protocols.
