IHG Hotels &, Resorts in Malta is seeking to appoint a highly accomplished Cluster Director of Sales &, Marketing to lead the Sales &, Marketing function and oversee the commercial strategy across its growing portfolio of properties. The successful candidate will hold full responsibility for the commercial performance of the InterContinental Malta, voco Malta, Holiday Inn Express Malta, as well as upcoming hotel openings forming part of IHG’s continued expansion in Malta. This is a compelling leadership opportunity for a dynamic, results-oriented hospitality professional to drive revenue growth, enhance market positioning, and deliver strategic direction across multiple properties within a globally recognised hospitality brand. The role will oversee a Sales &, Marketing division of approximately 20 professionals, structured across four core segments: Groups &, Events, Wholesale &, Leisure, Luxury &, VIP, and Marketing. Each segment is led by a dedicated Director, all of whom report directly to the Cluster Director of Sales &, Marketing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong commercial acumen, proven leadership capabilities, and a track record of delivering measurable results within a multi-property or cluster environment. Key Responsibilities: Commercial Strategy &, Revenue Growth by developing and implementing the cluster sales and marketing strategy to maximise revenue, market share, and profitability across the portfolio to drive business growth across rooms, corporate accounts, groups, events, and food &, beverage revenue streams. Leadership &, Team Development to lead, inspire, and develop the cluster sales and marketing team by setting and achieving clear targets and performance objectives aligned with commercial goals.
