For more information, click here.What You Will DoThe primary goal of the Ecommerce Specialist is to support the E-Commerce Manager and the pharma sales team in Italy to achieve e-pharma revenue targets by increasing e-commerce sales and customer partnerships on e-commerce platforms.You will actively seek new opportunities to develop sales growth and expand market share within key customers in Italy.You will also develop and enhance the capabilities of the sales marketing organization, collaborating with the Cluster Team and the local E-commerce team. You will work daily with supply chain, finance, and marketing teams.Key Responsibilities:Support customer management with existing and potential new customers.Create joint business plans with customers annually.Analyze data report performance, identify opportunities, gaps, and priorities.Develop Kenvue’s brand presence on customer stores: content, brand stores, search, media, activation, promotion, CRM, ratings reviews, sampling.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance, digital, RD) to drive sales growth in Italy.Identify new potential customers and lead their launch, coordinating with supply chain, legal, finance, marketing, and leadership teams.QualificationsWhat We Are Looking ForRequired QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or higher1-2 years’ experience in e-commerce, preferably in B2C retail or managing e-commerce accounts, ideally in E-pharmaExperience in direct customer relationshipsKnowledge of e-commerce tools and terminology (CR, SEO, Digital Marketing)Fluent in Italian (native) and EnglishTechnical / Professional SkillsAbility to navigate ambiguity effectivelyStrong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisionsProficiency with Office suite and adaptability to new programsDecisiveness and ability to implement changeUnderstanding of market landscape assessmentExperience in marketing, capabilities, or activation is preferredWhat’s In It For YouLearning Development OpportunitiesEmployee Resource GroupsFixed-term contractKenvue is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
