Identify key milestones, deliverables, and timelines for various ecommerce initiatives. Lead and manage multiple ecommerce projects from inception to completion. Define project scope, requirements, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with other key stakeholders. Work closely with IT, product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of ecommerce projects, as well as collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Ensure all ecommerce projects meet quality standards and deliver a superior user experience. Generate detailed project reports and provide insights to drive continuous improvement. Who you are Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, IT or related field. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. Proven track record of managing and optimizing PPC, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Proven ability to successfully manage complex ecommerce projects. Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, technologies, and best practices. Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similar. Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus. Advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong focus on results and respecting deadlines. A strong team player, capable of coordinating different stakeholders and building strong relationships.
