Your favorite chocolate and snacks are also sustainably packaged with our help. /p h3Your duties /h3 ul liBe the first point of contact for new machine inquiries in the food industry in Italy. /li liAs a Regional Sales Manager at Syntegon, take on the commercial responsibilities for our portfolio of Horizontal, Secondary, and Vertical machines. /li liSupported by our technical experts, you will guide the entire sales process and ensure long-term customer satisfaction. /li liResponsible for a defined sales area for the Food Horizontal, Secondary, and Vertical production lines. /li liIdentify the needs for new equipment of existing and new customers. /li liAcquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones. /li liConduct market research to identify potential customers and monitor market trends. /li liActively prospect and follow up on Industry Marketing Campaigns. /li liPlan and prepare for customer visits and submit visit reports. /li liParticipation in trade fairs and customer events. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in engineering (not mandatory) and a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of capital equipment. /li liPreferable knowledge of Horizontal, Secondary, and Vertical Packaging technology or the food industry, along with experience in capital sales of packaging equipment, particularly within the dry food industry. /li liExperienced in value selling techniques and working with high-end technology market leaders. /li liExcellent customer management skills with strong interpersonal and communication skills. /li liWillingness to travel domestically and within Italy/ Europe, up to 60% of the time. /li liAbility to handle contract negotiations with the support of your manager and back-office teams. /li liClose collaboration with internal departments both locally and abroad. /li /ul h3More information /h3 pWe kindly ask you to apply in English. /p pFor this position, you must reside in Italy, preferably in the northern region. /p pThis position is hired through our Telstar legal entity in Italy. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
