Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop close relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote Hanwha brand and increase sales.
Achieve sales objectives through market analysis and influencing decision makers for sales growth.
Engage in strategic planning for short and medium-term sales, collaborating with Product Management to position products effectively.
Manage and develop a network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program.
Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within designated vertical markets.
Consult with end users, liaise with system integrators, and keep customers updated on products.
Increase project pipeline and revenue, create new customer pipelines, and report weekly on sales and projects.
Analyze existing customer data, segment markets, and contribute ideas for marketing and product launches.
Focus on product/channel/customer margins, forecasting accuracy, and achieving budgets and targets.
Requirements:
Proven success in a business development or sales role within a demanding environment.
Extensive experience with CCTV and related technologies, or similar markets, with the ability to present solutions to end users and specifiers.
Ability to independently understand customer needs, define solutions, and prepare professional proposals.
Market knowledge, including main channels and potential customers in electronic security, IT, and Networking.
Experience with CCTV manufacturers is beneficial but not essential.
Strong understanding of network video systems and topology.
Business or technical degree preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Motivation to impact the market positively and enhance brand recognition.
Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Independent thinker with good judgment, motivated team player, organized, and detail-oriented.
Proactive problem solver, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to senior management and at all levels.
Fluent in English and at least one local European language.
Valid driving license.
