Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate the analysis of the markets where Stevanato Group operates, in terms of market size, growth, competitive landscape
- Support Investor Relations in the reporting of market data to the financial market community (i.e. investors, equity analysts, SEC)
- Create market insights and reporting to support Business Units and Regional Markets in driving new business pipeline and new product development
- Support the strengthening of a solid data culture based on the understanding of market and business dynamics.
- Develop custom data models, algorithms and predictive models to support the identification of business patterns and support business decisions.
- Stay abreast of industry innovation, emerging technologies, macroeconomic and regulatory trends, translating information into actionable input for the organization
- Drive continuous improvement in data processes, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and relevance And incorporating best practices in data management and analytics
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics
- At least 2 years of work experience, ideally in a top management consulting firm or in a similar position within a publicly traded international company
- Fluency in English, with good communication and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of economic and financial analysis
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
