The Company is on a journey to achieve ambitious business growth and leadership objectives in the region, and we need someone who is passionate, proactive, self-driven and motivated to join a team of open-minded individuals.We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to strengthen Haier Energy’s footprint in the solar and energy storage market within Italy.Your mission is to develop and manage sales channels with installation partners and distribution networks, driving adoption of Haier’s photovoltaic (PV) and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and energy management solutions. You will engage directly with regional installers, distributors, and key accounts, building strong commercial relationships and ensuring consistent growth in market share.This role combines channel development, technical consultative selling, and strategic account management, contributing directly to Haier Energy’s regional business expansion and leadership in the clean energy transition.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage relationships with installation partners, distributors, and key regional sales channelsDrive sales growth of Haier’s PV and BESS product portfolio through targeted engagement and support of installer networksDevelop and execute regional sales strategies in alignment with overall European commercial objectivesProvide technical and commercial guidance to installers and distributors to ensure optimal system design, performance, and customer satisfactionSupport distribution partners with product training, marketing initiatives, and joint sales activitiesMonitor regional market trends, competitor activity, and policy developments to identify new opportunities and inform strategyRepresent Haier Energy at regional events, trade fairs, and installer workshopsEducation: Bachelor’s or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Business, or a related fieldExperience:Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B technical sales, preferably within PV, ESS, or renewable energy distribution channelsProven track record in managing installer and distributor relationships and achieving sales growth targetsStrong understanding of commercial PV systems, storage integration, and grid connection principlesSoft skills:Excellent communication, negotiation, and partner management skillsIndependent, proactive, and results-driven with the ability to manage complex regional sales networksLanguages: Fluent in Italian and strong English;
