What You’ll Do:
* Deliver monthly training sessions to distributors, installers, and EPCs on product solutions, installation, and commissioning
* Identify and escalate product-related sales challenges, ensuring timely resolution and communication
* Visit key partners to gather insights on market needs and portfolio requests
* Analyze local market trends, competitor portfolios, and regulatory changes
* Monitor grid standards, renewable energy laws, and compatibility opportunities
* Collaborate with the local sales team to validate forecasts and portfolio accuracy
What You’ll Bring:
* Previous experience in the renewable energy industry
* Strong communication and commercial skills
* Fluent in Italian
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is a plus
