PulliJoin a global leader committed to fostering a strong safety culture /liliopportunity to shape safety standards and drive HSE practices /li /ulh3Azienda /h3pOur Client, a leading provider of advanced thermal management solutions for automotive applications, has engaged us to recruit an HSE Manager (RSPP). /ph3Offerta /h3pReporting to the Plant Director, the HSE Manager will be responsible for: /ph3Health Safety Compliance /h3ulliAcknowledge laws and understand the implications of new regulations that are applicable at Company level /liliImplement and facilitate the diffusion of Corporate standards, Policies, methodologies, by acting as promoter of HS compliance. /liliEnsure regular process of risk analysis and assessment of the Company's workplaces and consistently update the plan for protection and countermeasures /liliStore relevant Health, Safety and Environmental documentation and prepare applicable HSE reports as necessary. /liliLead the investigation process in the case of near misses; ensure that timely and accurate root-cause analysis is being carried out by the management. /liliLead internal process to achieve and maintain ISO14001 and ISO 45001 certifications in agreement with Company plans. /liliChampion the HS role leading by example and continuously support the Company management in the process to creating and maintaining Compliance-based safety Culture. /li /ulh3Business Support /h3ulliPromote prevention and foster overall Safety-oriented mindset. /liliEnsure that the HS officer is well visible presence in the plant by means of regular visits of workplaces, active listening to associates, proactive and constructive dialogue across the organization. /liliTake initiatives in the detection and removal of hazards, potential risk factors, non-conformances, cultural resistances, and recommend to Management actions for short, medium and long-term improvements and progresses. /liliConduct periodic HSE Meetings/Trainings and schedule as needed. /liliTake initiative and functional role in the development and delivery of HSE training in alignment with new regulations and business needs. /liliIdentify and elaborate possible improvement points of HS policies, Environmental procedures and all related working instructions. /liliContribute to the Company's decision-making process with regards to machinery development and lay-outs, by providing guidance on applied safety principles and possible ergonomics-related matters. /liliNetwork with Company HS community both Regionally and Globally; support data collection and elaboration on broader basis; promote the information sharing across the Companies. /li /ulh3HS and Environmental standard implementation /h3ulliCreate and maintain the approach to Audit as shared valuable tool for HSE improvement. /liliLead the Internal auditing process on HS and provide direct assistance for action planning definition and implementation (First Party). Furthermore, support Auditing process in other Companies on request (Second Party). /li /ulh3Competenze ed esperienza /h3pOur ideal candidate has: /pulliStrong expertise in ergonomics and workplace safety principles, with proven ability to apply them in industrial environments. /liliIn-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and compliance standards. /liliAbility to conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures effectively. /liliHands‑on approach with willingness to spend time on the shop floor and engage with production teams. /liliExcellent skills in investigation and root‑cause analysis, driving continuous improvement. /liliExperience in developing and delivering HSE training programs tailored to operational needs. /liliStrong communication and influencing skills to promote a safety culture across all levels of the organization.
