We are looking for Residential Sales Specialist based in Milan Showroom.He/she will actively be involved in developing the markets by:Servicing existing trade clients: interior design firms, architects, purchasing agents, dealersDeveloping new sales leads with all clients through targeted phone calls, emails and in person visitsOutreaching to interior designers and trade to make product presentations and develop new business and efficiently manage design details.Assisting all clients through the whole sales process: product selection, design advice, quotes preparations, sales close.We are seeking a highly successful, sales-oriented person with a thorough understanding of the high-end and luxury furniture industry and its purchasing process. The person would ideally have worked in a similar position and thereby obtained full knowledge of the key decision makers, influencers, as well as a strong, high-level network (architects/interior designers/ dealers) in the high-end furniture industry.REQUIREMENTSMinimum 3-5 years’ experience in the luxury furniture or similar industryGreat business acumen and ability to develop relationships at all organizational levels.Experience and a sensibility to work effectively within a multicultural environment.Excellent writing and presentation skills. High-level proficiency with computers and new technology, Office, Adobe, Autocad50 % time spent outside the showroom to visit existing and prospect clientsUniversity degree. Interior design and Architecture degree are preferred.Must speak fluent Italian-native-level required, English fluency. Additional language skills, relevant to the region are a plus.
