PpWe’re looking for an bAccount Manager /b to join the Ready2Fly team and work on an exciting international project for a client in the entertainment industry. /p pReporting to the Account Coordinator, you will be the primary bridge between our global client and our internal specialist teams (Strategy, Creative, Social Media, and ADV). Your goal is to ensure project excellence, managing the complexity of a cross-country workflow while building a long-lasting, value-driven relationship with the client. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liAct as the main day-to-day point of contact for the client, providing strategic guidance and project oversight. /li liUnderstand the client’s business objectives and translate them into actionable briefs for the internal teams. /li liDevelop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at an international level. /li /ul h3Project Cross-Country Coordination /h3 ul liSupervise the end-to-end execution of communication projects, hero brand campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. /li liCoordinate cross-country workstreams, ensuring seamless communication between the central hub and various international markets. /li liManage project timelines and internal resources to guarantee that all deliverables (from brand campaigns to digital activations) meet client expectations. /li /ul h3Budget Management Growth /h3 ul liOwn the project budget: from initial estimation and resource allocation to final reconciliation and reporting. /li liIdentify and develop upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow the account’s footprint within the agency. /li liMonitor project profitability and contribute to the definition of commercial proposals and new business pitches. /li /ul h3Integration Workflow Excellence /h3 ul liPartner closely with all agency functions and facilitate collaboration between creative, digital ADV, and strategy teams to provide a unified, "360-degree" agency response. /li liStreamline administrative processes related to the account (contracts, invoicing, and documentation). /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul li7+ years of experience as an Account in a communication or digital agency. /li liExperience managing international clients and complex, multi-market projects. /li liExcellent knowledge of digital communication channels, social media platforms, and branding strategies. /li liStrong financial acumen and experience in budget management. /li liExceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. /li liAbility to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster a collaborative work environment. /li liFluent English and Italian (mandatory).
