Ph3Mission of The Role /h3 pLead and manage the Restaurant, Room Service and cellar operations of all their designated business units. /p h3Job Summary /h3 pTo manager properly all the activities releated to Restaurant Manager position. /p h3What will I be doing? /h3 ul liDetect, consolidate needs and opportunities of hotels under their responsibility and make proposals to the FB Partner for their validation /li liEnsure the maintenance, supply and inventory of wine cellars under their responsibility /li liLead the up selling strategy related to their role alongside the FB Managers /li liProvide the necessary tools for proper execution in restaurant service standards /li liEnsure correct use of OSE set by different outlets according to their established concept standard /li liParticipate in operations meetings and produce action plans to improve related KPIs /li liProduce the necessary training plans together with the HR department of the hotels under their responsibility /li liSupport the search for head of departments profiles in the hotels under their responsibility. /li liBe knowledgeable of their department's budget /li liSupport and participate in the identification of talent in their department. /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 ul liPreviuos experience in the role in an Hotel with multiple FB outlets /li liFluent in Italian and English /li /ul pAt Meliá Hotels International, we are committed to bequal opportunities between women and men /b in the workplace, with the commitment of management and the principles contained in Human Resources policies.
