Job Description

Embark on a journey of refined hospitality as a Reservations Manager at Collegio alla Querce, where every interaction becomes an artful orchestration of bespoke experiences.

In this transcendent role, you will serve as the enchanting gateway to our world of opulence, seamlessly managing and curating reservations for our discerning guests with grace and sophistication. Your commitment to excellence will manifest in personalized interactions, ensuring that each reservation reflects the epitome of luxury and anticipates the unique desires of our esteemed clientele. As a luminary in the art of hospitality, you will embody the essence of our resort’s commitment to unparalleled service, transforming reservations into enchanting preludes to unforgettable stays. Responsibilities

* Lead, train, and motivate the reservations team to meet the Auberge luxury standards.
* Oversee the daily operations of the Reservations Department.
* Monitor occupancy levels, pick‑up trends, and forecasting in collaboration with Revenue Department.
* Be the primary contact for Travel Agent requests and emails. Ensures all requests and communication are replied to within Auberge Guidelines.
* Keep current with all communication and hotel information. Distributes information to the reservations team to ensure the team keeps current with all information.
* Ensure appropriate guest follow up takes place in a timely and proper fashion, in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
* Provide detailed notes and comments in the lead management system and PMS regarding guest requests to ensure a quality guest experience.
* Maintain rate integrity in accordance with revenue management strategies. Communicates strategies to the reservation team in a timely manner.
* Completes and distributes daily reservations production report.
* Creates and maintains department scheduling and overview of timesheets.
* Completes month‑end reconciliations and travel agent commissions report.
* Assist in maximizing hotel room revenue and occupancy numbers.
* Participate in department meetings as scheduled.
* Fulfill daily tasks on the Reservations Checklist.
* Manage OTA platforms.

This list is not exhaustive; additional tasks may be assigned based on departmental needs.


Qualifications

* At least 2 years of experience in the same role in a luxury environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire high performance.
* Must possess gracious people and sales skills, excellent phone manner and ability to engage in a positive manner with each and every guest.
* Strong computer skills, previous experience with Opera PMS is preferred.
* Fluent knowledge of English.
