Job Description:
Responsibilities:
* Develop and expand business opportunities in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health, to support strategic objectives.
* Drive business growth by leading strategic initiatives and identifying new markets and client segments.
* Plan and execute commercial strategies, collaborating on promotional activities to increase visibility and market reach.
* Source new clients in target markets, especially in the US and Asia, to build a sustainable client base.
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry, delivering tangible outcomes.
* Lead proposal development with Market Access teams to create compelling, needs-based proposals for new projects.
* Gather and share customer insights to influence product innovation and enhancement.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
* Support and report to the Head of Market Access, contributing to strategy and providing updates on activities.
* Represent the company externally at industry events, conferences, and networks to promote expertise.
Required Experience:
* Deep understanding of healthcare technologies, especially in Market Access, Patient Access, and product launches.
* Proven success in strategic relationship management within life sciences.
* Full sales cycle proficiency, including prospecting, contracting, and account management, with cross-selling focus.
* Knowledge of key Market Access factors, including European and JAPAC HTA processes.
* Excellent client interaction, communication, and negotiation skills, capable of engaging senior/executive clients.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business, or related fields.
* 7+ years of experience in business development, commercialization, or innovation within pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech sectors.
* Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and market access requirements.
* Ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
* Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and cultures.
* Independent, motivated, organized, and proactive with a team-oriented mindset.
