Key Responsibilities Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets in Italy Identify, recruit, and manage distributors, installers, EPCs, and strategic partners within the solar and energy storage industry Expand SAJ’s market presence and strengthen brand awareness in the Italian renewable energy market Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners Drive sales activities for residential and commercial solar inverter and energy storage solutions Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities Conduct commercial negotiations, manage contracts, and support partner onboarding Collaborate closely with technical support, product management, marketing, and headquarters teams Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and regular market feedback Organize and participate in exhibitions, customer meetings, roadshows, and industry events Support channel partners with product training and business development initiatives Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partner success Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields Minimum 3 years of sales or channel development experience in the solar PV, energy storage, or renewable energy industry Strong understanding of the Italian solar and energy storage market Existing network with distributors, installers, EPCs, or industry stakeholders is highly preferred Proven track record in channel sales and achieving business growth targets Strong commercial awareness, negotiation, and relationship management skills Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment Excellent communication and presentation skills Fluent in Italian and English Willingness to travel across Italy as required
