Borgo Pignano is a private estate hidden away in the hills and valleys of Tuscany, with an ethos that revolves around slow food, slow living, and sustainable organic farming.
We have two dining concepts: Ristorante Al Fresco, offering an informal and relaxed experience, and Villa Pignano, which provides a sophisticated menu based on local products.
Villa Pignano has been awarded a Michelin Green star and takes pride in serving 0 KM products.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure guests are welcomed at F&B outlets, seated quickly in a courteous manner, and promptly attended to.
* Coordinate, supervise, and organize the restaurants.
* Maintain cleanliness with attention to detail.
* Anticipate guest needs and provide excellent customer satisfaction.
* Deliver quality-driven service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
* Train Commis de Rang staff.
* Create wonderful memories for our guests by ensuring exceptional service until the end.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in the same position.
* Promptly contribute to teamwork and cooperate with all colleagues.
* Anticipate guests' needs by focusing on details and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation.
* Show passion for providing exceptional service, courtesy, and discretion.
* Possess good grooming and communication skills.
* Demonstrate knowledge of English.
* Respect nature and its values.
* Have access to a personal vehicle.
